Admission approval to our Long-Term Care is managed by the Home and Community Care Support Services South West LHIN. You can contact them at 1-800-811-5146, or visit their website: www.healthcareathome.ca/southwest

Rates for basic LTC are set by the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care, and do not vary across the province. Premium rates for private and semi-private accommodation may vary slightly, depending on how new the Home is.

All apartments are rented as Seniors Independent Living.
Birchwood tenants receive a package, that includes two meals a day, plus access to programming at Blue Water Rest Home.
Cedarwoods tenants receive one meal delivered Monday to Friday, through the Meals on Wheels program. Tenants at Cedarwoods will transition to a congregate dining experience in the future.
Maplewoods tenants have the option to purchase meals through the Meals on Wheels program.

All admissions to long-term care are managed by Home and Community Support Services South West LHIN. WHCC is not involved in this process.

Programs are available to seniors aged 55+ living in the Zurich and area community. Specific programs may be subject to an assessment process to determine participation eligibility.

We do offer various programs free-of-charge; however, some programs and services do have a cost associated.
