Personal Support Worker

Qualifications:

  1. Successfully completed the Personal Support Worker program.
  2. Can demonstrate skills, techniques and knowledge of caring for seniors.
  3. Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.
  4. Able to read and write in English, and understand both oral and written communication.

Available to work all shifts, including weekends.

Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

  1. Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  2. Demonstrated competence in all aspects of safe medication practice.
  3. General LTC experience considered as asset.
  4. PIECES, UFIRST, GPA training considered an asset.
  5. Proficient computer skills, RAI-MDS knowledge and experience desirable.
  6. Current CPR certificate.

Candidate must be available to work all shifts, including weekends.

Cook

Qualifications:

  1. Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate.
  2. Experience working as a cook; specifically in long-term care is an asset.
  3. Chef Training or Culinary Management Diploma or holds a certificate of qualification of Cook or Institutional Cook is an asst.
  4. Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.
  5. Ability to read and write English, and understand moderately complex verbal and written instructions in English.
  6. Proven ability to provide direction and lead others within a busy environment.

Candidate must be available to work all shifts, including weekends.
